After many years of Clinical Practice as a GP in Canberra, Wei brings a wealth of Medical Qualifications and Experience to general practice.
A fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, her primary medical degree (Bachelor of Medicine) was completed at Shanghai Jiao-Tong University, China.
She won multiple academic awards, university level excellent graduate and state level excellence postgraduate winner during her university and postgraduate periods.
She was also awarded excellent registrar when she was practicing in the hospital.
Her Postgraduate Education includes a Teaching Qualification in Clinical Medicine, Post graduate studies in Digestive Internal Medicine and a Master of Clinical Medicine.
Before moving to Canberra, Wei practiced Medicine for nearly a decade at one of the biggest Tertiary Teaching hospitals in Shanghai.
She has particular interest in Health screening, Children’s health, Women’s health, Antenatal care and Chronic disease management.
Wei is a very good listener with a caring and compassionate approach to patient engagement.
She speaks Mandarin and English.
Outside of work, Wei enjoys the company of her family and the music played by her kids.
